Spareribs with Spring Onion Hot Pot
Spare ribs (chopped into 4 cm sections) 450g, Shallot 8 pcs, Garlic 8 pcs, sliced ginger 4 pcs, spring onion (sectioned) 1 stalk
Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1-1/2 tsp, Amoy Gold Label Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1/4 tsp, Shao Xin wine 1 tsp, Corn starch 1 tbsp, Amoy Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Amoy Gold Label Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Amoy Premium Oyster 1 tsp, Sugar 1/4 tsp, Water 1/4 cup
1. Rinse and wipe dry spareribs, mix with marinade for 20 min.
2. Pan fry shallot, garlic and ginger, set aside
3. Fry the spare ribs, add in shallot, garlic, ginger and seasoning and bring to boil.
4. Put the mixture into clay pot and cook for 6 minutes. Add in spring onion and serve.
Tightly close lid, store in cool and dry place.
