Premium Soy Sauce Marinated Chicken
Chicken 1 pc, rock sugar 300g, cassia bark 2 strips, star aniseed 2 cloves, sliced ginger 1 pcs, spring onion 2 sprigs
Amoy Premium Dark Soy Sauce 250 ml, Amoy Premium Light Soy Sauce 250ml , 2 tbsp Chinese rose wine, water 500ml
1. Rinse the chicken. Scald and drain well.
2. Put all the ingredients into a pot. Add Amoy Premium Light and Dark Soy Sauce and water. Cook over medium heat until the rock sugar dissolves completely. Add rose wine and mix well.
3. Put the chicken into the marinade from step Cook over low heat for 8 minutes. Turn the chicken upside down and cook for another 8 minutes. Leave it to cool. Chop into pieces and serve.
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
