Pan Fry Grasscarp Belly with Ginger and Chicken Marinade
Ginger 12 pcs, spring onion (sectioned) 3 stalks, grasscarp belly 12 tael (450g), corn starch to taste
Amoy Premium Chicken Marinade 1 tbsp, white pepper, Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
Amoy Premium Chicken Marinade 2 tbsp, Amoy Pure Black Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp, water 1-1/2 tsp
1.Cut grasscarp belly into pieces. Marinate for 10 mins. Drain away excess marinade.
2. Apply a thin coat of corn starch over grasscarp bellies. Place grasscarp bellies in heated oil and semi-deep fry them until golden brown and done. Dish up.
3. Sauté ginger and spring onion. Add in seasonings and the precooked grasscarp bellies. Quickly stir fry and serve.
Tightly close lid, store in cool and dry place.
