Soft and Smooth Texture
Ingredients: Guo Qiao Rice Vermicelli 200g, Beef thin Slices(100g), Green Vegetable (Few Stalks)
Superior Broth: Chicken(1), Pork(200g), Chinese Ham(2 Slices), Water(14 Cups)
1. Prepare superior broth. Place ingredients in a large saucepan, fill with water.b. Bring to the boil simmer for 2 hrs. strain.
2. Soak Guo Qiao Rice Vermicelli for a while, cook in boiling water until al dente. Blanch vegetables until cooked. Transfer to a bowl.
3. To serve: bring in broth to the boil, remove from heat, cook beef in the hot broth.
4. Add broth and beef to the Guo Qiao Rice Vermicelli and serve at once.
Store in a cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
