During the middle of the 60’, a miso soy base ramen became very popular in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and our product genuinely reproduces this taste. Raw noodles are slowly dried in 2 days, keeping all the freshness that comes from the raw noodles.
Dried noodle into 600ml boilling water for 4.5min. Soup into a pot and mix well.
Store dry and ambient. Keep away from direct sun light and hot area.
