To grill: preheat the base of the grill pan under a medium heat. Remove packaging and place the fish fingers onto the hot grill pan. Return the grill pan to central position in the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
To bake in the fan-assisted oven: preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F. Remove packaging, place fish fingers onto a baking tray in the center of the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
To bake in a static oven: increase the temperature to 220°C/425°F/gas mark 7 and bake for 14 minutes.
These are guidelines only, as all appliances vary in performance. Always check the fish fingers are thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Store in freezer (-18ºC or colder), see date marking. Keep frozen. Do not freeze after defrosted.
