- Rinse the black rice with cold water, don't rub
- Soak the black sticky rice for over 3 hours. (or overnight)
- With 1 cup of black rice & 2 cups of water, bring to boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes until it is ready to be served.
Keep away from high temperature and humid conditions
