Beef Tenderloin Strips with Sweet Pickle In Plum and Bean Sauce
Beef Tenderloin 180g, Sweet Pickle 100g, Green Pepper 50g, Red Pepper 50g, minced garlic 1 tsp
Corn starch 1-1/2 tsp, Water 1-1/2 tbsp, Cooking Oil 1 tsp
Amoy Plum and Bean Sauce 2 tbsp, Sugar 2/3 tsp, 1 tbsp Water
1. Cut beef tenderloin into thick strips, add marinade and mix well.
2. Cut sweet pickles, green and red pepper into thick strips.
3. Heat oil, fry green and red pepper and set aside.
4. Heat 2 tbp of oil, stir in minced garlic and beef to be medium cooked, add sweet pickle and seasonings and stir well. Add in green and red pepper and serve hot.
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
