Traditional Steamed Garoupa
Garoupa 1 pc (450g), Chinese mushroom (shredded) 3 pcs, Dried Chinese Ham (Shredded) 5 slices, Shredded spring onion to taste, Cooking oil to taste
Sugar 1/4 tsp, corn starch 1/2 tsp, cooking oil 1/2 tsp
Amoy Premium Light Soy Sauce 4 tsp, Amoy Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Sugar 1-1/2 tsp, Water 1 tbsp
1. Bring the seasoning to the boil. Leave it to cool.
2. Rinse the garoupa and wipe dry.
3. Add marinade to dried Chinese Ham & Chinese mushroom, mix well and put them on the garoupa.
4. Steam the garoupa over high heat for 8-1/2 minutes then drain well. Put spring onion and sprinkle hot cooking oil. Pour in seasoning and serve.
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
