Steamed Spare Ribs in Yellow Bean Sauce
Pork Spare Ribs 300g (1/2 catty), Minced Garlic 1 tbsp, Diced spring onion
Amoy Salted Yellow Bean 2 tbsp, Amoy Gold Label Dark Soy Sauce 1/2tsp, Sugar 2 tsp, Little Ground Pepper, Corn Starch 2 tsp, Amoy Pure Sesame Oil 1tsp
1. Rinse spare ribs. Wipe them dry. Mix them with minced garlic and marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Steam spare ribs over boiling water with high heat for 13 to 15 minutes until cooked. Sprinkle with diced spring onion.
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
