"Contactless” Delivery Service
In response to the current development of the epidemic, in order to protect the health of customers and to minimise unnecessary contact, PARKnShop offers a "contactless” delivery service. The goods ordered by customers are placed outside the customer's door and photographed to confirm that the goods have been duly delivered. Our delivery team will call the customer to confirm the delivery time before delivery, and ring the doorbell to notify the customer to pick up the goods when they arrive. If the delivery address is within a building that has a confirmed case within 14 days, and the building is listed on the list of "buildings where confirmed infection cases have occurred", our delivery team will arrange receipt of the goods at the ground floor lobby of the building or the gate of the building. Thank you for your understanding.


In these terms and conditions, the "Company" or "we" or mean PARKnSHOP and the "Customer" or "you" shall mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

1.    The Company shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to the Customer of similar value and style.

2.    Selling price and promotions at PNS eShop may be different from PARKnSHOP physical stores.

3.    The prices charged are those applicable on the day you place your order.

4.    All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in the Customer’s order, we will notify the Customer by phone or email before delivery.

5.    It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order with alcohol products, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

6.    We would like to provide you with the best shopping experience. By switching on location services, the PARKnSHOP mobile app can collect your location data to personalise your app experience with location-based promotions and product recommendations, even when the app is not in use.


7.    You are required to register before placing any order through this website. During the registration:

•    You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information;
•    You must safeguard your username and password; 
•    We assume that any person using the site with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you;
•    The Company has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.
•    You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively. In the event that your account is not used for a specified period (currently, 3 years), we will, for your own and our protection, deem your account to be no longer in use, and we will deactivate your account and all your accumulated points and/or e-vouchers will be forfeited (where applicable).
You will need to reapply for a new account if you wish to make further purchase at our website.


8.    The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline +852 2690 0948 within 7 days from the date of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

9.    If the items you receive have quality issues, please send email to Parknshop.info@asw.com.hk with your order no. and pictures of your item within 7 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tag, label and packaging.

10.    Please note that only one refund request can be made per each order.

11.    Items cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.

12.    In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid. Currently, we offer 2 refund methods including
•    Refund to your eStore account as e-voucher, which can be used in your next purchase.
•    Refund to your relevant payment account which you applied to settle the payment or other means as agreed with you (Note: in case you decide to use Octopus App to receive the refund, it must be requested within 180 days after the transaction).You will receive a notification via your Octopus App and you are required to collect the refund account via your Octopus App within 90 days. The refund process will take above 4-6 weeks.

13.    No refund service will be provided for Click & Collect order.

14.    If there is any dispute, PARKnSHOP reserves the right of final decision.

15.    PARKnSHOP Gift Coupons are not redeemable on www.parknshop.com or for telephone ordering.

16.    All risks in the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery but we shall retain title in the goods until full payment has been received.


17.    The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.


18.    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Octopus App, Alipay HK and UnionPay for payment.

19.    All product prices listed are in HK dollars.

20.    To provide secure online commerce transactions, we employ Internet's Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. It encrypts the Customer’s personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it would not be read as the information travels over the Internet. To check TLS Certificate information, you can right click the mouse and choose "Properties" & "Certificates".

21.    The single order amount must be equal or greater than HK$50.

22.    The upper limit of purchase on this website is HK$10,000 per transaction if you pay with a credit card.

23.    If you are a member of the MoneyBack Program, you may apply your MoneyBack Reward Points under your account to make purchase in our e-store at the stated redemption rate.

24.    The Customer’s offer to purchase made on www.parknshop.com shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock or other reason. A final invoice will be presented to the Customer upon delivery.

25.    We may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and we reserve the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.

26.    We reserve the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

27.    We offer free delivery for orders of HK$500 or above. For orders below HK$500, delivery fee of HK$50 shall apply (including delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport), details as below:

28.    Our next day service only applies to office delivery orders.

29.    Order will be dispatched as soon as possible. The earliest delivery time would be the same day, or the latest within 10 days.

30.    For bulk purchases of more than one case, we will confirm the delivery date with you directly.

31.    In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.

32.    Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

33.    If delivery is delayed, postponed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or rescheduling is within the control of the Company or not.

34.    Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport). No delivery service is available to the below areas: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O and areas that vans are restricted to access. No overseas delivery service is provided. Due to the epidemic, the delivery orders of hospital are limited to send to registration lobby only.

35.    Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.

36.    If no elevator service is available for premises, home delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only (Counting from ground floor). An additional delivery fee of HK$40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey where no elevator service is available. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.

37.    As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village in Shek O without permission letters, customers are required to collect the order at designated location(s).

38.    All “Supplier Direct” orders are handled and delivery by supplier directly, which will not combine with the orders of PARKnSHOP eShop. And supplier will contact you via phone / email that marked in the order record separately. Supplier will also charge certain amount for delivery free but can waive when meet the requirements of minimum spend.

39.    To cancel the order, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 26900948 / email to Parknshop.info@asw.com.hk not less than 48 hours prior delivery service.
40.    Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.

41.    We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient fails to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.

42.    It is the responsibility of the customer to notify PARKnSHOP.com 24 hours before delivery of any change to the delivery address after placing the order.

43.    We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. 


The services of ‘Click & Collect’ is available for orders upon $150. For order below $150, $20 service charge shall apply.

How it works
After adding the items to cart, select ‘Click & Collect’ as the preferred ‘Delivery Method’ and choose your desired location for pick-up, then proceed to make payment for your order. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order summary email with the details of your order and collection point.

When and How to pick up
Once your order is ready for collection, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please don’t arrive before you have received the order confirmation email. To pick up the order, please present your order confirmation email when collecting in store. Please note your signature is required after checking your ordered items for order pick-up.

Pick-up period of "Click & Collect" order
Order must be picked up within 3 days upon receiving an order confirmation email. If customer fail to collect the order within the pick-up period, PARKnSHOP reserves the right to cancel the order.

•    When you place an order, the prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
•    Click & Collect service is currently available in our selected stores, for more details please visit:  
•    For Click & Collect service in Cheung Chau and Mui Wo is free for orders above HK$500 (For orders below HK$500, HK$50 service charge shall apply).
•    All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and PARKnSHOP reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will arrange refund with you by phone or email.
•    We reserve the right to decline supply of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the Company's determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
