Warranty
1. One year warranty is provided within Hong Kong area. Customer can enjoy the warranty by showing the PNS PLUS order record. Terms and conditions apply

Refund, Change of Order and Exchange of Product
1. Once the order has been confirmed, no refund or changes on the product / service and their quantity will be accepted.
2. Request for exchange is applicable for delivered product which is damaged on arrival only ("Damaged Product"). Customer shall contact PNS PLUS customer service center for product exchange within 7 days counted from the successfully delivery date.
3. Exchange will not be provided for Damaged Products where damage is due to (1) undue wear and tear, (2) negligence, omission or mishandling of the products.
4. The customer must present the Damaged Product in full package together with the PNS PLUS order record at the designated location for replacement. The supplier of Kenwood has the sole discretion to provide refund or exchange for the Damaged Product.
5. The supplier of Kenwood shall have the right to make final decision on the issues of the product’s quality and whether the product can be exchanged.
